Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Once upon a time, there lived a princess with fair skin and blue eyes named Snow White. Her mother died when she was a baby and her father married again. Snow White's stepmother wanted to be the most beautiful lady in the kingdom. She would ask, "Mirror, mirror, on the wall. Who is the fairest of them all?". And Snow White thought of a golden ring that her father had given to her, and offered to give it for the comb. The Queen took it and gave Snow White the comb and bade her good-bye, and went back to the palace. Snow White lost no time in going to the mirror, and binding up her hair and putting the comb into it.

Disney’s well-known Snow White is a sanitized version of the original German Brothers Grimm fairytale, which was a lot more, well, grim. Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm didn’t actually come up with the story of Snow White or Cinderella, Rapunzel, or any other storybook princess associated with their (and now Disney’s) name, for that matter.

Snow White and Faina's solid relationship is a big part of this book, one which I wholly enjoyed. So Those are my thoughts. Good book - I really loved it.
